Return Eligibility

• 30-day return policy from delivery date

• Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached

• Original proof of purchase required

• Return authorization must be obtained before shipping items back

Non-Returnable Items

• Sale, clearance, or discounted items

• Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products

• Intimate apparel, swimwear, and hygiene products

• Products damaged due to customer misuse

Return Process

2. Provide order number and detailed return reason

3. Receive return instructions and shipping address

4. Ship items within 7 days of authorization (customer responsible for return shipping costs)

Refund Processing

• Refunds processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect returned items

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable

• Refunds issued to original payment method

• Restocking fees may apply for bulk returns

Defective or Damaged Items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. We will provide prepaid shipping labels and offer full refund or replacement.
